Purchase on account (only for business customers)
You will receive an invoice from us by email and pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer. When paying by invoice, we obtain information about your creditworthiness from a service provider in order to assess our credit risk. You can avoid an assessment of your creditworthiness by selecting a different payment method. If the assessment of your creditworthiness is sufficient for us, we will deliver the goods immediately. You pay the invoice conveniently after receiving the invoice with a payment term of 14 days . The option to pay by invoice will be confirmed or rejected by us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Pay in advance (prepayment)
Please transfer the invoice amount (bank transfer or payment slip) to our bank account, stating your order number. You can find our bank details either on the invoice or in the order confirmation. After receipt of your transfer, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from our accounting department. The product will then be sent according to the shipping information below. The payment deadline for payment in advance is 14 days .
Shipment
The items will be sent by email or by post (DHL parcel) if a physical product is ordered. Shipping by email is free of charge for you.
Shipping method for the different payment methods:
Paypal: Orders received before 5pm will be shipped the same day.
Credit card: Orders received before 5pm will be shipped the same day.
Instant bank transfer: Orders received before 5pm will be shipped the same day.
Purchase on account: Orders received before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Prepayment: Order will only be shipped after payment has been received.
Shipping costs within Germany are 4.99 euros via DHL. For items shipped within the EU, shipping costs are 9.99 euros. Delivery is via DHL.
Orders and deliveries are generally only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Delivery time (physical shipping):
within Germany: 1 - 2 working days
within Europe: 4 - 6 working days
In the event of delivery delays, you will receive an email response within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund your money.

The delivery period begins with payment by
-advance payment on the day after the payment order is issued to your bank
-with purchase on account on the day after the contract is concluded
-with Paypal immediately
-with instant bank transfer immediately
-with credit card immediately
The delivery period ends on the following day, depending on the delivery status. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
If there are delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately. In this case, you will receive an email from us or, if a telephone number was provided, a message about the current delivery status and a new delivery date.
